Jo Rogers – Style on Stage

Jo Rogers is one of Australia’s most accomplished female physique stars. This DVD was mostly shot on the day after Jo won the National Australian Title in Tasmania. Wearing great workout gear, Jo takes us through all of her favourite exercises.

She shows us her posing practice, amazing flexibility and gymnastic skills. The workout is interspersed with contest posing from the 2004 NABBA Worlds and Universe as well as pump room footage from the Worlds. We also hear how Jo prepares for the NABBA Universe in the U.K. .
