Steve Avery – Growth of a Champion

This video has it all as we chart the fast rising career from the junior ranks of one of Britain’s most popular (and successful) young physique stars – STEVE AVERY.

In the workout segment when Steve was around 20 years of age, he shows and explains how he performs his key exercises (incidentally also explaining how he annihilates the opposition!!)  This footage is classic AVERY at his confident best. He is an outstanding nutritional adviser and personal trainer these days.

Share his contest victories as he moves up the ranks winning major EFBB British titles. Steve is very popular as a guest poser and his classic posing style is reminiscent of Bob Paris.  He is a charismatic and determined young man.  Steve was the Junior Class winner of the 1986 Super Body Power Classic contest. Although we shot the 1987 and 1988 Super Body Classics, no video was shot on the 1986 event, as far as we know.

In the 1996 EFBB British Championships, Steve won his class and is knocking on the door for his Pro Card.
