1995 MS. Fitness World at the Arnold Sports Festival – Finals

The second Ms. Fitness World at the Arnold Sports Festival. It was won again by Carol Lynn Semple.

The 1995 Ms. Fitness World Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival was the second fitness competition to be held at the Arnold in Columbus. It was a truly international event with competitors from around the world. The contest was won by Carol Lynn Semple of USA, with Denmark’s Saryn Muldrow in 2nd place.

Fitness contests became an IFBB Fitness event with the inaugural 1995 Fitness Olympia. The first IFBB Fitness International took place at the 1997 Arnold Sports Festival.
