2004 CAPO National Bench Press & Senior Powerlifting Day 1

Held at Hotel Adelaide International in Adelaide, South Australia, on August 7th, this premier event saw the best power lifters in Australia gather for battle.  From teenagers through to masters, both men and women, it produced the greatest, most exciting lifting seen in Australia for many years.

In this video from DAY 1 you will see the 2004 NATIONAL BENCH PRESS titles plus all 3 lifts for TEENS, JUNIORS, NOVICE & MASTERS in these national powerlifting titles.

A number of national records were broken with HENNING BACH, DANIEL MACRI, BILL VAN WEENAN & RENO BORG also setting new World records.
