The video presents the complete 2009 Arnold Amateur Women’s Bodybuilding contest for all 3 weight classes. The 3 rounds are included from compulsories, comparisons, posing routines to awards.

In the Overall, it was a very close battle between Elena Shportun of Russia and Maria Rita Bello of Argentina. Two completely different styles of physique.  Johanna Dejager of USA was also right in the mix, but in the end the Overall and a Pro Card went to the Russian champion ELENA SHPORTUN (pictured).
