1989 SABBA South Australian Bodybuilding Championships: Prejudging

This annual state championships was held at the new Adelaide Convention Centre on Sunday, 3rd September, 1989.

Popular international competitor and champion, Irene Nickole was the guest poser at the evening show, performing the most extraordinary routine in which she combined strength, fitness and aerobics. She is a National Australian Aerobics and Bodybuilding champion.

This DVD presents the complete PREJUDGING for Men and Women. Includes the posing and comparisons rounds, with Mark Trewartha taking out the top Men’s title at the evening show.
