1989 SABBA S A Bodybuilding Championships: Show

This annual state championships was held at the new Adelaide Convention Centre on Sunday, 3rd September, 1989.

Popular international competitor and champion, Irene Nickole was the guest poser, performing the most extraordinary routine in which she combined strength, fitness and aerobics. She is a National Australian Aerobics and Bodybuilding champion.

The DVD presents the complete evening SHOW for Men and Women with Mark Trewartha taking out the top Men’s title. Includes all of the posing routines, posedown and awards.
