Held in the prestigious Norwood Concert Hall, the State Championships attracted a small but exceptionally high quality field.

In addition to the show, SABBA life memberships were awarded to long time chairman, Dominic Trimboli, and stalwart of the committee (and banner creator) Peter Leighton.
