By all accounts Adela was a very active child, and it seems like sports were her entire life. Having made the move to USA in 1995 Adela became hooked on the bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle. She attributes her success to her first trainer and choreographer in USA, Kevin Creegan.
Adela is now regarded as the greatest IFBB Fitness Athlete of all time!
