Another in the series from the late Melissa Coates.  She had such a fine physique, and competed in both the Arnold Classic and the Ms. Olympia in the 90’s. You see her working out and posing in her inimitable fashion.

There was no-one really like her, and she is sadly missed.   Before she passed away, Melissa sent us all of her videos and asked us to include them on our GMV site. She must have had a premonition. We are happy to carry out her wishes in her memory.
