1 – Delts, Triceps & Abs
2 – Rest
3 – Quads & Calves
4 – Rest
5 – Back, Biceps & Abs
6 – Rest
7 – Chest and hamstrings. Terri does low impact cardio on a stationary bike: Contest preparation – 45 mins twice each. Off season – 30 mins 4 – 5 times a week.
