2001 Battle for the Olympia Part 2
In the second part of this awesome set of three, we start with Craig Titus as he trains shoulders. Then Shawn Ray demonstrates how he trains chest. Take part in Melvin Anthony’s Back workout, before moving into chest with Chris Cormier. Finally tackle shoulders with the mighty Tom Prince. There’s very little footage around of Tom Prince, who prematurely retired from bodybuilding in 2003 because of bad health. He passed away in 2022.
