It is his pre-contest whole body workout shot at the beginning of 2006, including some exciting footage which was filmed in 2005. Melvin recently received his highest ever placing in the IFBB Mr Olympia with 5th place. He is one of the most charismatic and symmetrical bodybuilders competing today.
