Lance Dreher Workout – Chest

This video was shot during the period when Lance was living in England in the mid 80’s. He was right at his peak, winning the 1986 NABBA Pro Universe. Follow Lance as he trains chest in a good old fashioned hard-core London gym. These workouts were recorded by a local UK cameraman and later acquired by GMV to share with Lance’s fans worldwide.
