Martyn Yates Brown – A Journeyman Bodybuilder:  Spanning over 50 years

This entertaining video consists of 3 parts as follows:

1. Born Again Body by Marty Brown

Marty demonstrates his way of training including a full body workout.  He discusses his supplements regime, diet, as well as getting back in shape and shows some transformation photos of himself.  All of the original camerawork shot in the gym by Vaughan Jones.

2. Training for Novice Bodybuilders with Marty Brown

In this video Marty describes the key pieces of gym equipment in his gym and demonstrates several machines.
He introduces his novice bodybuilder son (Martyn, 17 at the time) and gives him some tips on training. Great training advice for all beginners and novice bodybuilders with more tips and info on good technique. Also includes a full body workout.
Martyn is interviewed at end about diet and candidly talks about steroid use if competing.

3. Contest Highlights

See posing and comparisons from the 2008 NABBA Universe and 2008 NABBA Britain. Marty was a finalist in these 2 events and is a multi-title winner over many years of competition in various federations.
