Patrick Nicholls – Platinum Edition

Patrick Nicholls reveals to GMV Productions viewers a small part of the blood, sweat and tears that he pays out in exchange for his sensational and dramatic physique. In the informative interview, our black Hercules shares the training tips and techniques that have made him a champion.

Using basic gym equipment and dumbells, Patrick works his muscles to the max in an intense upper body workout, in our London studio. Next we show you the results of Patrick’s dedication as he represents Barbados in the 42nd IFBB World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships in Australia.

See him pumping up back stage, then posing his herculean physique in his dramatic show routine. Finally he discusses his feelings when he comes off the stage!  He later enjoyed a quite successful pro career.
