Arnold Schwarzenegger (7 times Mr. Olympia) talks frankly about the sport.  He tells how his influences and the background behind the scenes aided his efforts to bring this sport into the limelight.

Co-presented by Schwarzenegger, we take a spectacular and in-depth look at the current superstars of muscle that have made this the sport for the ’90’s.

Set against the backdrop of the 1990 Mr. Olympia this documentary-style program is packed with muscle and motivation.  It brings hardcore training and interviews with all of today’s top champions.  Includes the totally awesome Lee Haney, the only challenge to the Schwarzenegger crown.
