Dr. Zak Pallikaros – London to Las Vegas

Dr Zak Pallikaros, an IFBB Masters Champion from UK, was invited to compete in the Jay Cutler Desert Classic in Las Vegas, and he decided to keep a video diary of his journey.

Watch as he trains with Jay Cutler, Zack Khan and at Dorian Yates famous Temple Gym.

He took his camera with him every step of the way, and wants to show you how  real bodybuilders eat, train and live.
