Adam Fennell – Mr. Australia
Adam Fennell is one of Australia’s greatest modern day posers. His intensity, focus, hard work ethic and dedication are legendary.
Shot in Adam’s incredibly professional home gym that is also his personal training HQ. He goes through a complete body workout where he shows us all of his favourite exercises for each body part. We also include his training tips for each exercise, plus extensive posing and tensing after each set. Adam then moves up to the tennis court to show us his lunges and cardio training plus his posing routine in the late afternoon sun.
Adam is in top shape in this DVD in that the workout was shot just before his guest posing routine at the 2012 Terri Roberts 2012 NABBA/WFF Adelaide Grand Prix. His guest amazing posing routine at this event is included. He also won the BEST PRESENTATION award at the 2011 NABBA Australian Championships in Darwin.
There is an extensive segment on diet, food preparation and nutrition where Adam and his nutritionist from Ultimate Nutrition, goes through every supplement used by Adam, explaining the benefits of each one. This is the most in-depth contest prep, food and supplements segment we have ever shot. In the brief interview, Adam tells his life story in bodybuilding, explaining what motivates him in his quest for perfection.
