J.D. Dawodu – Ballistic

See British Champion J.D. Dawodu as he blasts his way through his insane workout. He pushed himself to the limit in what can best be described as a BALLISTIC training session.
In this workout he is preparing for his appearance in the 1996 NOC in New York in 2 weeks’ time. This is a full-body workout, shot in a London gym.

GMV had the pleasure of shooting the EFBB British Championships in 1992 at Wembley when J. D. sensationally won the Overall Title and his pro card.
