This classic training video from Germany takes you through the training routine for Mr Universe champion – HUBERT METZ. Includes gym posing scenes.

In 1977 and 1980 Metz was overall winner of the German Championship and Heavyweight champion (over 90 kg) in Manila at the Amateur World Championships. He then competed as an IFBB Pro bodybuilder taking part in 4 Olympia competitions. In 2009 Hubert was inducted into the DFBV German Hall of Fame.
