Kamal has won an impressive list of titles during his last 12 months of competing in England. From his original Mr. Libya title, he added Mr. Africa, Mr. Midlands, the Pro-Am Oscar, Mr. Britain and Mr. Universe (Class 4) to the tally. In 2002 he won the NABBA World and European titles before moving on to the IFBB. The rest as they say is history!
