This DVD comprises three original films – “On The Beach”, “At Muscle Rocks”, and “In The Oil Field”. It is the most famous series of films we have ever produced.

In this exclusive 60 minute feast of muscle – the mighty Mike Mentzer flexes, tenses, oils, pumps and poses. Filmed in the late seventies (1977) at his all time peak condition, while Mike was current Mr. Universe.

Shot outdoors on the Marina del Rey beach in California and at Muscle Rocks in the nearby Malibu Mountains, plus a segment posing in an oil field.  Mike really turned on a heavy duty display. The closeups on his huge arms, calves and chest are awesome.
