Robert ‘Beast’ Burneika’ – “BULGING BICEPS AND TITANIC TRICEPS!”
Robert “The Beast” Burneika is one of the fastest rising new Pro bodybuilders on the scene in USA. 2011 was his breakout debut year in the Mr. Olympia contest.
Shot in Gold’s Gym, Las Vegas during the 2011 Olympia week, Robert is in his top contest condition for this full body gym workout DVD. In particular we highlight his amazing 24” arms.
Robert shows us all of his favourite exercises for each body part. We also include extensive posing and tensing after each exercise, along with poolside pumping and posing on Olympia Sunday. In the in-depth backstage Pump Room sequence, you will also see many of the top Olympia competitors pumping or being tanned alongside Robert. Plus much more. See a full list of contents below in the approximate order as seen in the DVD.
Robert is also becoming quite well known in MMA circles. In Poland they call him “HARDKOROWY KOKSU” which roughly translates to “Badass COKE”.
This was one of my ALL-TIME FAVOURITE gym shoots.

Robert was born and raised in the European country of Lithuania where he learned the value of hard work from his father. Watching movies of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was younger motivated Robert and gave him the idea of becoming a bodybuilder.
At 14 years of age, he started with a small gym he made in the attic above the family garage.
Aged 18, Robert started training in a real gym, which he would soon call his home!
At 19, he entered his first bodybuilding contest, the Lithuanian Championships where he placed 5th.
Being a naturally gifted, strong guy, Robert also competed in power lifting and when 20 years old, could bench press over 400 lbs.
When he was 21, his dream came true when he had the opportunity to move to USA, something he grabbed with both hands and has never looked back. His qualification for the 2011 Olympia came from his placing in the NY Pro.
