Gennaro won the 1989 NABBA Mr. Australia and is the current 2018 IFBB North American bodybuilding champion. He won both classic bodybuilding titles and Masters Over 50 title. He is still competing internationally and winning contests today.
Along with loads of posing tips and information, shot in various famous locations in NYC, the video also includes some great food and nutrition information.
