Cristina Putzu – WFF Women’s Fitness Champion

Cristina Putzu wins the Women’s Fitness Class at the 2015 WFF Universe in La Ciotat – On Full HD Download.

Outstanding competitor, Cristina Putzu of Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy recently won her class – Women’s Fitness at the WFF Universe in France. She then went on to compete in the PRO WOMEN’S DIVISION of this event.

She is trained by her partner, top personal trainer Francesco Casillo in Cagliari where they both reside. Cristina follows a high protein diet with low carbs – and lots of cardio.  Frank also does online (VIRTUAL SERVICE PRODUCT) training where he supplies programs to people all over Italy and in the U.S.A. Cristina has near perfect symmetry and wonderful lines and condition. We look forward to watching her appearances in future competitions.

In this class, the results were as follows. My congratulations to fellow Aussie Catherine Clothier in her first International competition. BJ Brunton of NZ also did extremely well placing 3rd, with Lara Tasharofi of Austria a touch ahead in second place.
