The standard in 1988 was simply incredible. Both Karen Titherington and Sarah Staunton went on to very successful bodybuilding careers over a number of years.  Donna Hartley-Wass, who sadly passed away in 2013, was a famous Olympic and Commonwealth Games athlete.
