The Women’s overall had some impressive physiques on display, the balance on the bikini winner, shredded muscle of the figure winner

Women’s First timer
Taking the women’s first timer title was Joanna Jenkins, This was her first ever show and she has already shown a lot of potential, with great balance and conditioning.

Women’s Trained Figure
Taking the women’s figure class by storm, Jo Hudson brought a world class package, full, great condition and a brilliant and energetic posing routine, Jo could easily be a contender at the British finals.

Women’s Open Bikini
Women’s bikini saw an impressive line up of 6 athletes take the stage today. Lilly Harvey being 1st place today, Lilly had the perfect balance and presented it very well, her tan was perfect which showed her strengths even more, down to her full and lean quads tying into a nice taper. Joanna came in close but didn’t have the fullness on this day to match the winner! The same goes for 3rd place Lauren Wallace, Lauren actually had the best condition today, if she could keep that and bring the fullness up to match she would be fighting for that top spot for sure.

Women’s Wellness
Taking the Women’s Wellness title today was Mailin Eringstad, she fits this category very well sporting a very well-muscled lower half and developed looking upper half.

Women’s Masters Bikini Over 40
Clare Thomas took the ladies master bikini title, bringing a very competitive package.

Women’s Toned Figure
Taking the class on her own today was Katy Henderson, which was a shame due to the high level physique Katy brought to the stage; she had rock solid conditioning with superb balance and performed an outstanding routine! As a first timer this season Katy has some great potential.

Women’s Athletic figure
Another competitor unfortunately on their own today, Daniella Scozi, a top class and seasoned competitor, sporting lots of good conditioned and balanced muscle, professional posing and a great presentation overall.
