Darlene Escano – Girl with a Dream
Darlene is an Australasian Figure Champion, formerly from Sydney, now living in South Australia. Her greatest achievements to date have been winning the Overall Figure title at the 2011 Arnold Amateur Classic and later qualifying for the 2011 Figure Olympia at the 2011 Australian Pro Figure Grand Prix.
Darlene, a much sought after personal trainer, is Australia’s top IFBB Figure Professional. As Darlene continues to improve, she also trains and inspires others as well. She truly is a girl who is living her dream.
This is primarily a training and contest prep video. Our video takes you on the journey with Darlene after she wins the Arnold Amateur Figure title, to her gym workout, through pre-contest prep, to the Figure Olympia and finally her poolside posing for our camera in Las Vegas on the day after the 2011 Olympia.
There is one marvelous scene in the Olympia Pump Room where Darlene and all of the other Figure Olympia competitors gather around Joe Weider for a group photo.
