1990 Australian Aerobic Championships: South Australian Heats

See the state’s best Men and Women in their high energy-plus action routines at the 1990 Aerobics Championships – South Australian Division. This DVD was a national finals qualifier and it really rocks!

More and more aerobic energy was the message, loud and clear, during the AEROBIC CHAMPIONSHIPS.  They were held in the Adelaide Convention Centre, South Australia on August 26th, 1990.

That petite dynamo TRICIA LA BELLA held the overall crown in the palm of her hand.  She bounced, kicked and pasted the opposition to retain her title in the Women’s Division against 16 other top competitors. It was a super strong field.

See MEN, WOMEN and COUPLES in this super HIGH-OCTANE DVD. In the Men’s Division COLIN COTTNAM stood out above the rest with a well earned victory.
