Roy Duval Seminar at the 1983 Mr & Miss Anglia

Roy Duval had a long career as a NABBA champion, winning the Overall Mr Universe title in 1974, and then he won the NABBA Universe Masters title in 1992. Roy also competed in the 1980 Mr Olympia in Sydney and in other top IFBB shows. He shares his wealth of knowledge in his seminar at the 1983 Mr & Miss Anglia contest.
Roy has won so many titles, his words of wisdom will inspire you. He discusses all aspects of training and reveals many of his own personal methods.

The winners of that contest were Craig Howard in the Men’s Bodybuilding and Karen Greene in the Figure section. The East Anglia Show precedes the seminar which runs for approximately 1 hour. Roy poses at the end of the seminar.
