The OHF Hall of Fame Award went to VICTOR TERRA.  The sensational VICTOR TERRA from USA has won a string of top titles. His major titles include the 1983 AAU Teen Mr America Overall, 1983 Teen USA Overall, 1985 AAU Junior Mr America Overall, 1988 NABBA Amateur Mr Universe Overall, and the 1991 NABBA Pro Universe.

The OHF Ambassador Award went to PAUL JEFFREYS.
The OHF Gymnastics Award went to ALAN SOMMERVILLE.
The Dr Tom Temperley Award went to COLIN JAVENS.
The Outstanding Contribution to Physical Culture Award went to GEOFF CAPES.
The OHF Special Recognition Award went to RON THOMAS.
The Malcolm Whyatt Lifetime Achievement Award went to TERRY & JAN TODD.
