Andreas Munzer – Real Workout

This is the only workout video from the Austrian world champion and pro bodybuilder Andreas Munzer. It was produced just prior to his tragic death in 1996. This unique film shows his personal workout and nutrition strategy which made him one of the world-leaders of professional bodybuilding.

Munzer was said to be one of the most conditioned and shredded bodybuilders of all time. You can also see him in some of our FIBO videos.
